Learn more about the story of Maple Ridge Jervis Bay
Maple Ridge Jervis Bay
Meagan followed her heart 11 years ago and moved from Canada to Australia to marry her true love, Caleb. Together they built a goat dairy named after her home town of Maple Ridge.
When their young son suffered from eczema, Meagan worked to create a chemical free solution.
Their love of family and animals provided them with an opportunity to create healthy, sustainable products using fresh goats milk from their dairy. Meagan sourced local Australian ingredients to ensure the quality of all her creations maintained her high standards.
Meagan’s love of soap making and the feedback from her customers encouraged her to expand her product lines and introduce new fragrances, soy candles, reed diffusers, shaving products and pet soaps.
They built the dairy to be the largest goats dairy in New South Wales, but along with many others the drought hit them hard and forced them to sell the majority of their herd. Keeping a small herd to provide a constant source of fresh goats milk, Meagan and Caleb continue to grow their family run business.
Their passion for creating and their love for their customers along with a desire for sustainable farm fresh living, Meagan and Caleb are encouraged to continue to invest in their community.
